Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@seefix.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Aria is an AI-powered visual assistant. It uses your camera, microphone, and text input to provide general, informational guidance in real time.

Aria is not a licensed electrician, plumber, gas fitter, contractor, mechanic, engineer, medical professional, or other licensed professional, and its guidance is not professional advice. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation, equipment, or local codes. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional when in doubt.

You are solely responsible for your safety and for any action you take. Before any repair or setup, you agree to:

• turn off power at the breaker before touching electrical wiring or appliances;
• shut off water or gas supplies before working on plumbing or gas equipment;
• use appropriate protective equipment and follow manufacturer instructions;
• stop immediately and call a qualified professional if a task feels unsafe or beyond your skill;
• never use the Service in emergencies — contact local emergency services (911 in the US).

Do not use the Service while driving or operating a vehicle or machinery. Repairs may void manufacturer warranties; that risk is yours.

You agree not to:

• film or record other people without their knowledge and consent where required by law;
• use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security or usage limits;
• resell, sublicense, or share your account or access with others;
• use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid features are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Pricing, renewals, and payment terms are described in our Billing & Subscription Terms, and refunds in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, brand names (Aria, SeeFix), and content, is owned by Dia Express Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it only to operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or browser. Usage limits may apply to keep the Service fair and reliable for everyone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dia Express Ltd and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any property damage, personal injury, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service or from acting on its guidance.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dia Express Ltd from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@seefix.app and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
