Billing & Subscription Terms

Effective October 19, 2026 · Operated by Dia Express Ltd

These terms explain how paid purchases of Aria work. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Paddle is our Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.

Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Card and payment details are collected and stored by Paddle — Dia Express Ltd never sees or stores your full card number.

2. Plans and pricing

We may offer:

  • Single-session passes: one-time payments for a defined amount of live guidance time.
  • Subscriptions: recurring monthly or annual plans with included usage.
  • Free trials or free sessions: limited access to try the Service.

Current prices, included minutes, and features are shown before checkout. Prices may be displayed in your local currency.

3. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location and shown at checkout.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Free trials

If a trial converts to a paid plan, we will tell you the price and the date the first charge happens before you start. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

6. Usage limits

Plans include defined usage (for example, minutes of live guidance). Unused minutes do not roll over unless stated at purchase. We may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse and protect service quality.

7. Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will notify you in advance by email or in the app, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

8. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, paid features may be paused or downgraded until the balance is settled.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge — we are happy to help. Accounts with unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.

10. Invoices and billing questions

Receipts are emailed by Paddle after each purchase. For payment questions, reply to your Paddle receipt or contact us at support@seefix.app.
